Ethical Charter of Fezmigroup

This charter has been formulated to promote Islamic culture and human and organizational values in Iran’s administrative system and institutionalize their dimensions in the thought and conducts of employees. Accordingly, the staff is able to take steps in the path of excellence and sustainable success and to achieve their ultimate objective, which is organizational excellence through continuous improvement, implement the principles, responsibilities based on Islamic beliefs and values and increase the level of satisfaction.

The following codes of ethics must be observed to this end:

  • Providing the customer’s satisfaction, doing services on-time and not wasting their time
  • Considering the customer as a business partner and a reason for the growth of the company and committing yourself to accountability and trustworthiness as well as transparency towards him
  • Observing administrative discipline, workplace dress, and neatness
